QA Engineer 3

Summary of the Role

You’ll contribute to quality assurance across the software lifecycle, focusing on test strategy, automation, defect management, and continuous improvement. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, support peers, and promote best practices to ensure system integrity and delivery excellence.

In This Role You’ll

• Design and implement test strategies and plans aligned with specifications, customer requirements, and quality standards (CI/CD, Green IT, ISTQB).

• Create and execute test cases, prepare environments and data, and continuously improve regression and CI/CD pipelines.

• Support defect management, including investigation, reporting, validation, and production readiness.

• Contribute to test automation, using and enhancing frameworks to improve efficiency and coverage.

• Mentor peers and share knowledge, supporting onboarding and promoting QA best practices across teams and communities.

About the Ideal Candidate

• Experience in manual and automated testing across UI, APIs, middleware, and databases.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, QA tooling stacks, and industry standards.

• Skilled in test strategy design, defect management, and reporting.

• Effective communicator with experience mentoring and collaborating across teams.
