Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manual QA and Customer Requirement Configurator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance, customer requirement analysis, REST APIs, JavaScript, MySQL, and team leadership. They will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our product while effectively managing customer interactions and configuring the system to meet their specific needs.
Key Responsibilities:
● Lead the manual testing efforts for our product, including test planning, test case creation,
execution, and reporting.
● Collaborate with the development team to ensure comprehensive test coverage and timely
issue resolution.
● Analyze customer requirements and configure the system to meet their specific
needs, ensuring alignment with product capabilities.
● Act as a primary point of contact for customer interactions, addressing inquiries,
gathering feedback, and providing technical support as needed.
● Should have the knowledge of REST APIs and JavaScript.
● Creating efficient AI agents and integrating them the workflows as per business use cases
● Design and implement comprehensive test strategies specifically for AI environment, moving
beyond traditional QA to include data validation and behavioural testing
● Perform database testing and validation using MySQL queries.
● Coordinate with QA team, Dev and Support to optimize configuration processes.
● Troubleshoot configuration failures and issues in a timely manner.
● Develop and document processes for migrations, upgrades of customers.
● Help test new configurations in-house.
● Perform UAT and run through customer use cases to validate the configuration.
● Mentor and guide junior QA team members, providing technical leadership and fostering a
collaborative team environment.
● Continuously evaluate and improve QA processes and methodologies to enhance overall
efficiency and effectiveness.
