Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive QA Automation Engineer with 2 to 4 years of experience. The ideal candidate should be skilled in automation testing tools like Selenium with Java or Python and should have hands-on experience writing test cases, identifying bugs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain functional test cases, test scripts, and test data based on project specifications
• Identify test requirements and create a comprehensive test coverage plan
• Perform automated testing using Selenium with Python or Java and TestNG
• Ensure validated deliverables meet functional and design specifications
• Execute manual and automated test plans and report detailed QA findings
• Review and analyze requirement documents, create test scenarios and test cases
• Participate in regular reviews of test cases with developers and project managers
• Communicate test results and bugs effectively with developers and other stakeholders
• Collaborate with development, customer support, and project teams for issue resolution
• Ensure timely delivery of QA reports and thoroughly tested product releases

Job Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of experience in Quality Assurance with a focus on Automation Testing
• Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver using Java or Python
• Experience with TestNG or other testing frameworks
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies, SDLC, and STLC
• Ability to write clean, efficient, and reusable test scripts
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively
• Knowledge of defect tracking and test management tools is a plus

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to data validation, API testing, and performance testing tools
• Basic knowledge of CI CD pipelines is an advantage
• Understanding of Agile development processes

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
