Expertise in performance optimization, capacity management, and workload management. Working knowledge of relational database internals (locking, consistency, serialization, recovery paths). Awareness of customer workloads and use cases, including performance, availability, and scalability. Monitor database health and promptly identify and resolve issues. Maintain comprehensive documentation for databases, business continuity plan, cost usage and processes.
