Job Description

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Analyst with a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in software testing and automation. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Martech solutions, complemented by expertise in automation tools such as Selenium and Cypress.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for Martech products and applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and design test strategies.
Design, implement, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and Cypress to ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of our software.
Conduct regression testing, analyze test results, and identify and report software defects.
Work closely with developers to resolve issues and improve overall product quality.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in Quality Assurance, specifically in Martech or related industries.
Strong expertise in test automation using Selenium and Cypress.
Proficiency in scripting and programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, or Python.
Solid understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

Certifications related to software testing and automation.
Experience with performance testing tools.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems.
