QA Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive QA Analyst to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our software applications. The QA Analyst will be responsible for developing and executing test plans, identifying and documenting defects, and collaborating with developers and stakeholders to deliver high-quality products that meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely feedback.
• Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project needs.
• Execute manual and automated tests to ensure software quality.
• Identify, record, and track bugs through defect management tools.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project managers to resolve issues.
• Ensure all testing activities comply with established standards and best practices.
• Conduct regression testing, performance testing, and usability testing as required.
• Prepare test reports and communicate test results to stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement by providing input on QA processes and tools.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as a QA Analyst, Tester, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, Bugzilla).
• Familiarity with automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress) is a plus.
• Good understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
