We are looking for a highly talented Software Support Engineer to join our team. Provide SW Support for our product installed at customer sites around the world, working with global support functions, R&D, HW, and Application teams to make sure our product function as designed. Some skills and responsibilities of SW support include: At least 6 years’ experience in Technical Support or a position of like Tier 3 Proven experience in learning and understanding multi-disciplinary, large-scale systems Understanding development and operations Being familiar with production monitoring systems Experience in SW development / SW automation Infra development. Having attention to detail Having analytical and problem-solving skills Being able to collaborate with multi-functional teams Coding in Java, Python or very good hold of any scripting language Having technical writing skills Communicating with stakeholders to understand requirements.
