Position: Python Developer

Responsibilities:

Development Leadership:

1. Lead the end-to-end development of complex web applications using Python and Django.

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define architecture, design specifications, and project timelines.

3. Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers.

4. Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to best practices, and knowledge sharing.

Architecture and Design:

1. Architect and design scalable and efficient solutions for new features and enhancements.

2. Evaluate and recommend technologies and tools to improve development processes.

Database Management:

1. Design and optimize database structures, both SQL and NoSQL, for performance and scalability.

2. Implement and oversee data migration and transformation processes.

Testing and Quality Assurance:

1. Establish and enforce coding standards and best practices.

2. Work closely with quality assurance teams to ensure the reliability and accuracy of software.

Troubleshooting and Optimization:

1. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.

2. Optimize application performance and address scalability challenges.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

2. 1-5 years of Proven experience as a Python/Django Developer with a minimum years of relevant work experience.

3. In-depth knowledge of the Python programming language and Django framework.

4. Strong understanding of web development concepts, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks.

5. Extensive experience with database systems, both SQL and NoSQL.

6. Proficiency in version control systems, preferably Git.

7. Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

8. Effective communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

2. Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies.

3. Knowledge of front-end frameworks such as React or Vue.js.

4. Familiarity with DevOps practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
