Key Responsibilities

Backend Development (Primary)

• Develop backend services and REST APIs using

  Python.

• Design MongoDB schemas, indexes, aggregation pipelines, and optimize query performance.
• Implement background workers, task queues, and scalable data flows.
• Integrate with AI/LLM outputs (transcription, Smart Scan, clinical reasoning).
• Ensure system reliability, security, role-based access, and detailed audit logging.
• Handle complex healthcare workflows involving EMR, orders, labs, and billing modules.

Data & Platform Integration

• Convert unstructured model output into validated, structured clinical data.
• Build interfaces between backend, AI engines, and external systems (HIS/LIS/EMR).
• Implement fallbacks, confidence scoring, and error-handling mechanisms.
• Work closely with DevOps, QA, and frontend teams to deliver production-ready modules.

Required Skills

• Python (4–6 years)

  , FastAPI/Flask, microservices, REST API development

• MongoDB (strong hands-on expertise)

• Schema design
• Aggregation pipelines
• Performance optimization
• Indexing strategy
• Experience building scalable backend systems
• Strong understanding of authentication, RBAC, logging, and integrations
• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills

Bonus Skills

• Healthcare domain experience (EMR, LIS, HIS)
• Familiarity with OCR/LLM/NLP pipelines
• Cloud exposure (Azure/AWS)
