Role We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Python (Flask) and ReactJS to join our growing development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable web applications, developing RESTful APIs, and creating intuitive front-end interfaces. Key Responsibility: Design and develop scalable web applications using Flask and ReactJS. Create RESTful APIs and integrate front-end and back-end components. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and other developers to understand requirements and deliver features. Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security. Participate in code reviews and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement. Implement unit and integration testing to ensure software quality. Manage deployments and monitor application performance. Requirements: Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Python with experience in Flask or similar frameworks. Hands-on experience with ReactJS , including state management (e.g., Redux, Context API). Proficient in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, ES6+. Knowledge of RESTful API design and best practices. Experience with relational databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL. Familiarity with Git and version control practices. Understanding of containerization (Docker) is a plus. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment tools is a bonus. Soft Skills: Problem-solving attitude with a focus on delivering high-quality software. Good communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment.
