Python AI Developer (Ride-Booking & Human Behavior Analysis)

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Python AI Developer to join our dynamic team working on a ride-booking mobile application. You will play a critical role in developing backend APIs, implementing AI models to detect human activity and behavior, and contributing to scalable system architecture.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Python APIs for a ride-booking app using FastAPI or Flask.
• Integrate AI/ML models that detect human activity patterns, emotional behavior, and real-time user response analysis.
• Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP)
• Build and maintain services that handle ride matching, fare estimation, real-time tracking, user analytics, and driver behavior monitoring.
• Work closely with front-end/mobile developers, product managers, and DevOps teams to create seamless end-to-end functionality.
• Analyze customer and driver data to improve matching algorithms, reduce wait times, and enhance the ride experience.
• Implement and optimize machine learning algorithms using Python libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.
• Develop pipelines to handle data ingestion, cleaning, labeling, and model training for real-time analysis.
• Ensure robust database integration using PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar DBs.
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and maintainability.

Key Skills & Requirements

• 4-5 years of backend development experience using Python.
• Strong experience with FastAPI or Flask.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with SQL & NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
• Experience building and deploying AI/ML models for human activity recognition (HAR) or sentiment/emotion analysis.
• Hands-on experience with OpenCV, TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or similar ML/DL frameworks.
• Familiar with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and version control (Git).
• Strong grasp of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and software design principles.
• Strong debugging and optimization skills.

Bonus Skills:

• Experience in emotion recognition, facial expression analysis, gaze tracking, or gesture detection.
• Experience integrating third-party AI/ML APIs (e.g., OpenAI, AWS Rekognition, Azure AI).
• Familiarity with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar message brokers.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with mobile app infrastructure (Android/iOS) and ride-sharing architecture.
• Experience in building scalable microservices architecture.
