Key Responsibilitie

• Lead and manage the SAP Functional AMS team ensuring effective delivery of incident management, problem management, change requests, and service request
• Oversee end-to-end SAP functional support for various modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, WM, PM, HR, SuccessFactors, or others as relevant
• Act as a primary point of contact for business stakeholders and vendors for all AMS related activities
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance SAP functional processes, reduce downtime, and improve user satisfaction
• Develop and implement governance models, SLAs, KPIs, and reporting for functional AMS service
• Collaborate with technical teams (Basis, ABAP, Security) to resolve complex issues and implement functional enhancement
• Manage resource planning, training, and development of the functional AMS team member
• Facilitate functional design sessions, user acceptance testing (UAT), and support for SAP upgrades, patches, and rollout
• Ensure compliance with internal IT policies, SOX controls, and other regulatory requirement
• Provide strategic insights and roadmaps for SAP functional improvement aligned with business goal
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and third-party service providers supporting SAP AMS
• Prepare and present regular reports and updates to senior management and business stakeholder

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
• 0+ years of experience in SAP functional consulting or support with at least 5 years in a managerial role
• Strong experience in managing SAP AMS or Application Support function
• In-depth knowledge of SAP functional modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, WM, PM.
• Proven experience in stakeholder management, vendor management, and service delivery
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team and drive operational excellence
• Experience in SAP upgrades, patching, and implementation project
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and applying them within AMS operation
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skill
• PMP, ITIL, or relevant management certifications are a plus
