About the Role
The Purpose & Partnerships Coordinator will play a key role in nurturing collaborations with companies, institutions, and individuals who want to make a difference.
You’ll help design and coordinate engagement opportunities, strengthen relationships, and work closely with both internal teams and external partners to align purpose with impact.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting people, coordinating programs, and turning shared purpose into real action on the ground.

Key Responsibilities
🤝 Partnerships & Collaborations
• Coordinate with corporate and institutional partners to plan and execute collaborative initiatives.
• Support in organizing employee engagement and volunteering activities.
• Build and maintain warm, professional relationships with existing and new partners.
• Assist in documentation, reporting, and showcasing partnership outcomes.
💬 Purpose & Communication
• Support storytelling and content creation that highlight purpose-led initiatives.
• Work towards share impact stories, social media and campaigns.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and briefs for partners and stakeholders.
• Represent Youngistaan at partner events and engagement activities.

rt • Coordinate logistics and planning for partnership projects and event
s. • Track deliverables and timelines to ensure smooth executio
n. • Assist in gathering data and insights for program and partnership reports

Preferred Qualificatio
ns • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Communications, or related field
s. • 2–4 years of experience in partnerships, CSR coordination, communications, or operation
s. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
s. • Strong organizational and coordination abilitie
s. • A genuine passion for youth-driven and community-centered social change
