We are looking for a Communications Coordinator, if you’re super passionate about creating social impact through the power of communications and storytelling, this role is your chance to make a real difference. The role will also involve supporting CSR support, partnerships, and donor engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

External Communications:

• Manage and moderate comments across social media platforms, fostering a safe and respectful online community.
• Develop engaging newsletters for stakeholders, volunteers, and supporters.
• Create and coordinate video and photo content to document programs and impact.
• Assist in drafting proposals, presentations, and reports for donors, partners, and CSR initiatives.
• Support campaign rollouts and media outreach.

Internal Communications:

• Share updates, announcements, and resources with staff and volunteers.
• Coordinate between teams to ensure consistent messaging.
• Facilitate smooth information flow and knowledge sharing.
• Track trends, recurring questions, and feedback to inform strategies.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Super Passionate about creating social impact through the power of communications and storytelling.

• Must be currently based in Hyderabad (on-site role).
• Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu preferred.
• Social media and content creation skills (photo, video, writing).

• Bonus:

   Prior experience working with an NGO or in the social sector.
• Comfortable managing multiple communication channels at once.
