Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include Organize and execute community outreach programs. Engage with children from urban slum communities through education, life skills, and awareness sessions. Conduct creative activities like singing, art, karate, dancing, and sports to inspire and empower children. Support volunteer coordination, event planning, and logistics. Assist in impact assessment, observation, and documentation of ongoing sessions. The role will also involve supporting CSR support, partnerships, and donor engagement. Key Responsibilities: External Communications: Manage and moderate comments across social media platforms, fostering a safe and respectful online community. Develop engaging newsletters for stakeholders, volunteers, and supporters. Create and coordinate video and photo content to document programs and impact. Assist in drafting proposals, presentations, and reports for donors, partners, and CSR initiatives. Support campaign rollouts and media outreach. Internal Communications: Share updates, announcements, and resources with staff and volunteers. Coordinate between teams to ensure consistent messaging. Facilitate smooth information flow and knowledge sharing. Track trends, recurring questions, and feedback to inform strategies. Who We’re Looking For: Super Passionate about creating social impact through the power of communications and storytelling. Must be currently based in Hyderabad (on-site role). Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu preferred. Social media and content creation skills (photo, video, writing).
