Purchasing Executive

As a Purchase Executive based in Pune (Bhosari) with at least 3 years of experience in Project related Procurement (Electrical/Fire Safety) and offered a salary of up to 50k, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Budgeting, costing, and cost-saving by reviewing available management information - Collating purchase orders and requisitions to efficiently order materials, goods, and supplies - Interacting with suppliers on a daily basis - Reviewing deliveries against orders to ensure accuracy - Monitoring prices and quality to maintain optimal stock levels - Evaluating vendors, negotiating contracts, and preparing reports on orders and costs - Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with key suppliers for high-quality merchandise delivered on time - Researching potential vendors and comparing offers to make informed decisions - Negotiating contract terms and pricing agreements - Tracking orders and ensuring timely delivery - Reviewing the quality of purchased products - Recording order details such as vendors, quantities, and prices in internal databases - Maintaining updated records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices - Generating reports on purchases, including cost analyses - Monitoring stock levels and placing orders as required - Coordinating with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage - Attending trade shows and exhibitions to stay informed about industry trends Feel free to reach out to Alpesh Shah at 97640 03426 or alpesh.shah@talentcorner.in for further information or to discuss this opportunity.,
