About the Role:

Purchase Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and evaluate vendors, collect quotations, and prepare comparative statements.
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding order confirmations, delivery schedules, and related documentation.
• Prepare and process purchase orders; maintain inventory records and update procurement databases.
• Support the accounts team in invoice verification, basic billing entries, and payment follow-ups.
• Monitor and maintain procurement-related documentation including GRNs, invoices, and filing records.
• Ensure compliance with internal purchasing, accounting, and approval procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support day-to-day procurement and accounts activities.

Skills

• Fresher or up to

  1 year of experience

  in purchase, accounts, procurement, or supply chain support roles.
• Basic understanding of

  procurement and accounting processes

  (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in

  MS Office (Excel, Word)

  and willingness to learn ERP/accounting software.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of taking ownership of assigned tasks.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a
