Purchasing Executive

As a Purchase Executive capable of handling Chemical purchase related activities at the site, your role overview includes: - Handling Purchase of Raw Material, Packing material, and Misc Items. - Managing Import and general purchase tasks. - Sourcing for chemicals and submitting RFP proposals. - Coordinating with Toll Manufacturer. - Collaborating with Internal team and vendors for Non-moving/spent solvent disposal management. Your key responsibilities will involve: - Demonstrating hands-on experience in Procurement, particularly in handling Speciality chemicals (Agro/Pharma experience preferred). - Sourcing Chemical Raw Materials, Intermediates, KSMs, Impurities, and other chemicals. - Managing Domestic/Import/Export Consignments. - Ensuring adherence to procurement processes and timelines aligned with SOP/SLA. - Regularly coordinating with internal stakeholders to meet their expectations. - Collaborating with Toll Manufacturer for material tracking, invoice booking, and service order creation. - Coordinating with Fuel supplier for Material tracking, Invoice booking, and service order creation. - Communicating with transporters for service order creation and invoice booking. - Timely submission of MIS Reports. Qualifications required for this role: - B.SC/M.SC/B.Tech in Chemical or MBA in Material Management. - Minimum 4-8 years of experience in a purchasing/supply chain environment. - Exposure to Import and Export policies. - Experience in Pharma/Agro Chemicals/Speciality Chemicals Industries.
