Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Executive to join our procurement team. The ideal candidate should have up to 2 years of experience in handling purchase orders, vendor management, and procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day purchase operations

• Source vendors and negotiate terms

• Prepare and process purchase orders

• Maintain accurate procurement records and inventory reports

• Coordinate with internal departments for material requirements

• Ensure timely delivery and quality checks

Requirements:

• BE/Dip (ECE, EEE), Bsc Electronics 

• 0–2 years of experience in EMS, OEM (Electricals)

• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills

• Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Candidates with similar procurement experience preferred
