Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Electrical & Civil Purchase Executive at our office located in Sector 4, noida. The Electrical Purchase Executive will be responsible for managing the procurement of electrical equipment and materials, coordinating with suppliers, analyzing quotes, and ensuring timely delivery of quality products. Responsibilities also involve maintaining strong vendor relationships, ensuring cost-effectiveness, monitoring stock levels, and preparing purchase orders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Procurement, Vendor Management, and Purchase Management.
• Conduct

  vendor and supplier searching

  as per material specifications and project needs.
• Coordinate with vendors for

  timely material delivery

  at project/site locations.
• Strong understanding of Electrical Products, Equipment, and related Specifications
• Expertise in Managing Supply Chain operations and Logistics
• Proficiency in Negotiation, Communication, and Interpersonal Skills
• Ability to ensure Quality Control and Conduct Material Inspections.
• Follow up on order status, dispatch details, and delivery schedules.
• Good knowledge of Budget Management and Cost Optimization
• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Proficiency in using procurement software and tools
• Prepare and issue

  Purchase Orders (POs)

  in accordance with company policies and approvals.
• Prior experience in an EPC/ manufacturing or real estate company is a plus.
