Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Purchase Specialist, located in Mumbai. The Purchase Specialist will be responsible for overseeing and managing purchasing processes, handling purchase orders, and ensuring effective purchase management. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with suppliers, negotiating contracts, and maintaining records of all purchasing activities.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Marine Purchasing Processes, Purchasing, and Purchase Orders
• Experience in Purchase Management for ships
• Strong Analytical Skills
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Experience in the shipping or maritime industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
