Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Purchasing Assistant located in Mumbai. The Purchasing Assistant will be responsible for handling purchasing processes, managing purchase orders, and coordinating procurement activities. The role involves daily communication with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.

Qualifications

• Understanding of Purchasing Processes, Purchase Orders, and general Purchasing activities
• Strong Communication skills for effective interaction with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams
• Knowledge of Procurement practices and strategies
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred
• Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage
