Purchase Specialist

As a Purchase Executive at our company, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end procurement processes across multiple centers. This includes ensuring compliance with organizational SOPs, timely processing of purchase requisitions, vendor management, and providing administrative support such as travel and logistics coordination. Your role will also involve coordination with store teams, ERP data entry, reporting, and overseeing inventory. Key Responsibilities: - Procurement & Requisition Management - Vendor Management - Purchase Order & Documentation - Store & Inventory Coordination - Vendor & Shipment Follow-up - Local Coordination & Support In order to succeed in this role, you should have a strong understanding of procurement processes and ERP systems. Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills are crucial. Attention to detail and adherence to SOPs are key requirements. You should be able to manage multiple tasks and work well under pressure. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and procurement software/ERP is essential. Strong record-keeping and documentation skills will also be beneficial. Qualifications & Experience: - Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or a relevant field - 2+ years of experience in procurement or purchase - Experience working in a multi-location organization is a plus.
