Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Purchase Specialist at Global Pharma's Mumbai location. The Purchase Specialist is responsible for sourcing and procuring pharmaceutical raw materials, managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring a consistent supply of high-quality materials. The role also involves maintaining procurement records, conducting market analysis, and ensuring compliance with internal and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in Procurement and Vendor Management for pharmaceutical raw materials and APIs
• Strong skills in Negotiation, Cost Analysis, and Market Research
• Proficiency in Inventory Management and Supply Chain Coordination
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance and pharmaceutical industry standards is preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office and other procurement management tools
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry will be an advantage
