Purchase Manager

A Purchasing Manager oversees and manages an organization's procurement of goods and services, including developing purchasing strategies, negotiating contracts, managing vendor relationships, controlling costs, and ensuring quality. Key responsibilities involve sourcing suppliers, forecasting market trends, collaborating with other teams, and maintaining high-quality supply chains to meet company needs efficiently and cost-effectively. Key Responsibilities

• Develop Purchasing Strategies:Create and implement strategies to acquire goods and services for the company.
• Vendor Management:Source, evaluate, and select vendors, negotiating contracts and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
• Cost Control:Negotiate prices, manage purchasing department budgets, and implement cost-saving measures to ensure value for money.
• Quality Assurance:Ensure that procured items meet quality standards and address any issues that arise.
• Inventory Management:Coordinate with other departments to monitor inventory levels and determine supply needs.
• Market Research:Stay informed about market trends and procurement technology to make informed decisions.
• Team Leadership:Manage and oversee other members of the purchasing team, providing guidance and support.
• Collaboration:Work closely with other managers and cross-functional teams to align procurement activities with business goals.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
