ISO Documentation 9.Timely issue of work orders to sub contrators .Regular evalation of Vendor performance to increase productivity 10.Prepare and maintain Manufacturing Start Date and Completion date with detail manufacturing activity plan for every project. Review and check quality reports. 11.Weekly allocation of materials is carried out. Ensure timely dispatch of the material to local vendors. 12.Ensure material used for a project is approved by the QC dept. Execute FAT. Ensure hospitality to visitors on shop floor. Prepare the equipment for dispatch and maintain associated records. Prepared accurate packing list and compliance of Dispatch Checklist. Co-ordinate with installation team to ensure timely completion and hand over of sites Co-ordinate with design department for improvement to bring down MTTR. Coordinate with Local vendors for timely completion of the planned activities. Coordinate with QC for timely completion of stage wise inspection. Ensures the Job will not get delay due to Material of more than 3 days. Ensure that job SS/material cost does not exceed agreed value. Zero rejection as per BOM specification Material planning and budgeting . New vendor developments, Cost reduction , Role & responsibilities Coordination & interaction with planning, production and CRM Supplier Development and engagement to build strong relationship Identifying alternate source of supply Development of successor. Ensures the Payment planning as per terms of payment of each month in co-ordination with CEO. Ensure timely release of Po's with BOM and quality chart.
