Role & responsibilities The incumbent shall be part of Landscape Architecture Team to carryout design & coordination for Landscape Architectural Design projects. He/She shall work on design development and see through the project till completion for the assigned projects. The brief responsibilities include: Coordinate / assist design team during concept development stage; understand project deliverable and provide inputs from schematic design till completion; project scheduling, carry out detail design, prepare technical drawings & production of construction documents; obtaining stage-wise sign off from Clients. coordinate and interface with all internal & external team members, consultants, clients etc., throughout the project; attend periodic site visits / DRM during design & construction stages Preferred candidate profile Degree in Architecture Minimum 2 years experience in landscape architecture projects with exposure in design & coordination. Experienced candidates will be considered for senior role. Should be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet the targets Possess good inter-personal / communication & coordination skills. Good knowledge of Auto Cad & other relevant presentation Software viz., Lumion, Photoshop, In-Design etc
Role & responsibilities The incumbent will be part of Design Team under Civil & Structural Division and shall be working on Accredited Checking jobs for the projects in Singapore. You shall be stationed in Bangalore and perform design, modelling and analysis of Structural system for buildings and infrastructure projects undertaken by the Company. As a team member, the brief role includes (for Singapore projects): preparation of structural calculations structural analysis, modelling and design using software & manual (wherever required) perform technical review of analysis project delivery as per time schedule with budget and quality perform design as per relevant codes (IS/Euro/AS) co-ordination within the division and other consultants and stake holders Preferred candidate profile Masters Degree in Structural Engineering minimum 3 Years experience in Structural Design Consultancy for working on building & infrastructural projects Strong technical skills with proficiency in RCC. Exposure to tall structures and experience in ETABS software is must. Familiarity with Eurocodes or Other Codes is advantageous Knowledge on software viz., ETABS, SAP2000, SAFE, STAAD and Microsoft Office. Should be able to work independently with minimum guidance and also a team player Good Written & Verbal Communication Skills in English

The brief responsibilities include: Prepare technical drawings and plans in AutoCAD for landscape design projects for packages Work includes detail design drawings viz., preparing site plans, grading and drainage plans, planting plans and constructions details under the guidance and inputs from Landscape Architects Work on packages from schematic design till GFC and manage changes during construction stage Collaborate closely with landscape architects and other teams to ensure design accuracy. Maintain drawings as per standards Required Candidates Profile Diploma / Degree in Architecture or any relevant technical qualification Minimum 2 years experience in preparing detailed design technical drawings in AutoCAD for landscape architecture projects Good speed in Auto Cad Software. Proficiency in other software viz., Revit, Photoshop will be advantageous.
