Landscape Architect

Role & responsibilities

The incumbent shall be part of Landscape Architecture Team to carryout design & coordination for Landscape Architectural Design projects. He/She shall work on design development and see through the project till completion for the assigned projects. The brief responsibilities include:

• Coordinate / assist design team during concept development stage;
• understand project deliverable and provide inputs from schematic design till completion;
• project scheduling, carry out detail design, prepare technical drawings & production of construction documents;
• obtaining stage-wise sign off from Clients.
• coordinate and interface with all internal & external team members, consultants, clients etc., throughout the project;
• attend periodic site visits / DRM during design & construction stages

Preferred candidate profile

• Degree in Architecture
• Minimum 2 years experience in landscape architecture projects with exposure in design & coordination. Experienced candidates will be considered for senior role.
• Should be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet the targets
• Possess good inter-personal / communication & coordination skills.
• Good knowledge of Auto Cad & other relevant presentation Software viz., Lumion, Photoshop, In-Design etc
