Purchase & Logistics Executive

Purchasing & Vendor Management

• Develop, maintain, and strengthen a reliable vendor network to ensure consistent supply and competitive pricing.


• Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers for RM, PM, and stationery based on quality, delivery, cost, and service parameters.


• Lead price negotiations and establish long-term supplier agreements to achieve cost savings and favorable commercial terms.


• Raise and manage Purchase Orders (POs) in alignment with approved budgets and company procurement policies.


• Monitor market trends and identify new suppliers, alternate raw materials, or cost-effective packaging options.


• Coordinate with the Finance team for timely processing of vendor payments and account reconciliations.


• Maintain supplier performance records and conduct periodic performance reviews.

Logistics & Coordination

• Plan, schedule, and monitor inbound and outbound logistics for timely and efficient transportation of goods.


• Coordinate with transporters, freight forwarders, and customs agents for domestic and international shipments.


• Track deliveries, resolve shipment delays, and ensure proper import/export documentation compliance.


• Optimize logistics costs through route planning, load optimization, and transporter negotiations.


• Ensure materials are received, stored, and dispatched in accordance with company standards and regulatory compliance.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of purchase transactions, supplier contracts, and logistics documents.


• Prepare and present regular reports on procurement spend analysis, supplier performance, and logistics efficiency.


• Record and monitor stationery and consumables procurement for internal control and audit readiness.


• Support internal and external audits with complete and accurate procurement and logistics documentation.
