Internship Summary

Key Responsibilities

· Assist in sourcing and identifying potential vendors and suppliers.

· Support in reviewing quotations and comparing supplier proposals.

· Help prepare purchase orders and maintain procurement records.

· Coordinate with internal teams (production, accounts, logistics) for procurement requirements.

· Conduct basic market research to explore cost-effective sourcing options.

· Track and follow up on purchase orders, deliveries, and pending requirements.

·  Assist in preparing MIS reports and documentation for management.
