About the Role:

Purchase Intern

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the
procurement of raw materials, consumables, and services
as per company requirements.
Collect quotations
and compare prices, delivery terms, and quality from different vendors.
Support in
creating purchase orders (POs)
and maintaining documentation.
Coordinate with suppliers for
timely delivery
and resolve any discrepancies.
Maintain and update the
vendor database
and track purchase requisitions.
Assist in
inventory tracking
and
invoice verification
.
Prepare
daily/weekly purchase reports
and assist in MIS documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Pursuing or recently completed
BBA / B.Com / MBA (Operations, Supply Chain, or Finance)
or equivalent.
Basic understanding of
procurement processes
and
supply chain management
.
Proficient in
MS Excel and ERP tools (SAP, Tally, or similar preferred)
.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
