Job Description

Job Description: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities and supplier relations. The ideal candidate will have experience in vendor research, negotiations, order tracking, and purchasing strategy development, along with strong technical understanding and communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Research and identify potential vendors and suppliers based on product quality, reliability, and pricing. Compare, evaluate, and analyze offers from suppliers to ensure value for money. Negotiate terms of contracts, including pricing, delivery timelines, and payment terms. Track purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials and products. Review the quality of purchased items and ensure compliance with required standards. Develop and implement effective purchasing strategies and cost-saving initiatives. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technical specifications related to the materials/products being purchased. Handle terms and conditions with suppliers and coordinate internal documentation. Communicate effectively in English with vendors and internal teams. Candidate Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing/procurement or supply chain role. Good understanding of technical parameters and product specifications. Strong negotiation , analytical , and vendor management skills. Excellent command over English communication (verbal and written) . Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and email communication. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month Benefits: Commuter assistance Health insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
