Must have 5+ years of experience in purchasing electronic components
Good knowledge of electronics components, brands, makes and quality, packagingComplete knowledge of local and import purchase procedures and paperworkAbility to negotiate best rates and get multiple quotes from various national / international suppliersUnderstand Bill Of materials and maintain pricing, component recordsPreparation and issue of RFQ, RFPExecute purchase orders, maintain delivery schedules and ensure material receipt in timeExcellent communication skills and ability to regularly follow up with vendorsDevelopment of new vendors and maintaining relationships with all vendorsExcellent computer skills for Email / Windows / Office / Google sheets / ERPContinuous improvements in material and process changes to achieve the best quality, reliability, pricing and delivery from suppliersUnderstand and predict supply chain timing and advice on correcting issuesArranges for sales and/or disposal of excess and obsolete inventoryWork with the Factory Store / Sales team to organise quarterly foreceasts and efficeint material planning
Salary CTC 4.5LPA - 5.5 LPA
