Store Supervisor

❖ Common Responsibilities :

● Understand all Products COMPONENTS , Kits

● Making all store processes and checklists for material In/Out from Store.

● Team Handling.

● If any query arises from the vendor end, In house then solved it through calls & mail.

● Discussing with the Production & QC team for online rejection of any related work.

● Maintains 5S and Visual Workplace in Stores Areas.

● Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

● Ensure correct accounting of stores.

● Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

● Maintains efficient time-management abilities.

● Component Packaging/Reels/Trays etc.

❖ For Internal Work:

● Manage stock levels and make key decisions about stock control.

● Prepares list of non-moving and slow-moving items.

● Takes Monthly, Half yearly and annual inventory and makes reports with target date.

● Ensure safe handling of all store materials.

● Ensure that rules and regulations relating to physical custody and preservation of stores are followed.

● Ensure Receipts and Issues are correctly documented.

● Make entries Bin/ stock cards promptly.

● Check and count material before issue.

● Ensure goods housekeeping (i.e. check for spillage of oils, dirty walls & Racks, obstructions).

● Ensure all materials handling equipment are in good condition.

● Ensure all storage facilities are in proper working order e.g. check for loose racks, damaged bins,box etc.

● Send other documents to respective departments.(FG report, WIP report,any other)

● Prepare material Rejection Memo with respective departments (in case of material rejected).

● Prepare Goods Receipt Note (GRN)

● Complete Vendors Consignment Note (Challan).

● Prepare & fill material Inward / Outward Register.

● Regular monitoring the material management, availability, minimum stock values. Daily management of the overall material stores and listing the requirement to maintain minimum stock value.

● Store Managements, Material inventory & day to day material consumption with GRN, any standard procedure,Stock summary & Reports with correct attribute.·

● Material & Purchase requisition with proper justifications along with correct supportive points (Part no., Material code). ·

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
