Production Supervisor

• Have knowledge of ZIP ERP, MS-Office, Google Sheets.
• Ensure that the production is done on-time and delivered as per the schedule.
• Making all production processes and checklists for material testing & other required documents.
• Team Handling & manpower utilised as required.
• If any query arises from the vendor end, In house then solved it through calls & mail.
• Discussing with QC & R&D team for online rejection & make reports.
• Discipline onLine.
• Maintain 5S Rules in production
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Coordination with the production team, discussing regular activities and dispatch.
• Monitoring the production process to ensure that they are operating safely & efficiently & identifying areas for Improvement.
• Understand the IPC standards for PCBA.
• Line Balancing and WIP Control. Timely review of the material on all open job orders to ensure the availability of raw material to schedule a timely production.
• Ensure that quality control standards & protocols apply to a production process & addressing the quality related issues that may arise. Conduct regular equipment & machinery inspection & ensure all equipment is functioning properly.
• Making Test procedure for production team.
• Maintaining record for in house Production instruments.
• For Assembly PCBs :
• Coordinate with all the assembly vendors for timely delivery of products.
• Sample given to vendor, explain procedure of Pcbs.
• Visit Vendors’ factory and audit their work and ensure that they are maintaining product quality.
• Checking the data of the received product and maintaining its record.
• Check all new stencil & existing stencil before production starts with the production Team.
