1. Knowledge of SMD and TH Components and basic
instruments(E.g.LCR,Multimeter)
2. Maintain 5S at the inspection area.
3. Follow safety and ESD guidelines.
4. Check PCB visually and ensure correct component placement and polarity.
5. Check for soldering defects like cold solder, short, or open.
6. Follow IPC standards during inspection.
7. Report any defects to the concerned person immediately.
8. Record inspection results properly in the system.
