Purchase Executive

JD: Purchase Executive (Experience Required)

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to join our procurement team. The ideal candidate should have technical understanding, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to manage vendors efficiently while ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement.

Location: Wave City, Ghaziabad

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday | 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable vendors and suppliers
• Review technical specifications to procure accurate materials/products
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules
• Track vendor performance on quality, cost, and delivery timelines
• Prepare purchase orders and maintain procurement documentation
• Conduct market research and analyze cost-effective alternatives
• Coordinate with internal teams: production, quality, logistics, and finance
• Address any procurement issues such as delays or material discrepancies
• Prepare MIS reports and comparative statements for management

Requirements

• Education: Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical) preferred
• Fresher to 1 year of experience in procurement or purchase department.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Good Knowledge of MS Excel, EPR systems, and purchase processes.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
