Job Description

Job Title: Purchase Executive

Location: Okhla Phase 3, New Delhi

Department: Procurement / Supply Chain

Reports To: Operations / Purchase Manager

Job Summary:

The Purchase Executive will be responsible for handling procurement activities for the clinic, including consumables, medical equipment, cosmetic products, machinery, and other operational requirements. The role ensures the timely availability of quality products and services at the best possible cost while adhering to compliance and hygiene standards expected in the aesthetics and healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and evaluate suppliers for medical consumables, cosmetics, machines, and clinic requirements.

Negotiate rates, credit terms, and contracts with vendors to ensure cost-effective purchases.

Raise purchase orders and maintain stock levels for consumables like gloves, syringes, fillers, disposables, cosmetic products, etc.

Ensure timely procurement and delivery to all clinic branches.

Maintain an updated vendor database and manage AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) for medical/aesthetic machines.

Coordinate with clinic managers and doctors to understand requirements and forecast demands.

Ensure all procured items meet regulatory, safety, and quality standards.

Track inventory usage, avoid stock-outs, and reduce wastage.

Reconcile invoices with GRN (Goods Receipt Note) and resolve discrepancies with accounts.

Prepare MIS reports on monthly consumption, vendor performance, and cost analysis.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Graduate in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.

2–4 years of procurement experience, preferably in the aesthetics, healthcare, or pharmaceutical sector.

Strong knowledge of medical consumables, cosmetic/aesthetic products, and vendor management.

Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (Tally, SAP, or similar).

Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work within timelines.
