Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Purchase Specialist, located in Dehradun. The Purchase Specialist will be responsible for managing the procurement process, sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of materials. Additional responsibilities include maintaining inventory levels, reviewing purchase orders for accuracy, and collaborating with various departments to forecast supply needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement, sourcing, and supplier management
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills
• Knowledge of inventory management and supply chain operations
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in using procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
• Prior experience in transformer or electrical equipment industry is advantageous
