As an individual well-versed in real estate and construction procurement, your role involves understanding the procurement and services requirements within the industry. Your responsibilities include evaluating various options and facilitating the implementation of procurement solutions in collaboration with the project implementation and monitoring office team. Key Responsibilities: - Raising purchase orders after thorough evaluation of vendors and service providers - Ensuring timely renewal of all annual contracts for different projects - Initiating and obtaining approval for Purchase Requests and Purchase Orders in adherence to the set process - Monitoring the procurement process to guarantee timely delivery of materials and services - Coordinating with the Accounts team for the prompt closure of all commercial agreements and settlement of invoices - Providing regular updates on pending procurement requests to stakeholders - Maintaining accurate records of all purchases made - Managing inventory records effectively and ensuring regular updates Qualifications Required: - Strong understanding of real estate and construction procurement processes - Excellent communication and coordination skills to collaborate with different teams effectively - Proficiency in maintaining records and managing inventory efficiently - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines consistently In addition to the above responsibilities, the company values transparency, teamwork, and innovation in its approach to procurement operations.,
