  • Generate and issue invoices based on contracts, purchase orders, or service delivery.2. Review billing data for accuracy and completeness.3. Coordinate with operations, sales, and finance teams to validate billing inputs.4. Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.5. Resolve billing discrepancies and respond to client queries.6. Maintain organized records of billing transactions and documentation.7. Prepare billing reports and assist in audits as required.8. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field.2. 2–4 years of experience in billing, invoicing, or accounts receivable.3. Proficiency in billing software (SAP).4. Strong Excel and data management skills.5. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.6. Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
