Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in New Delhi for a Publisher Partnership Manager. The role involves managing relationships with publishing partners, identifying and onboarding new publishers, and optimizing existing publisher networks. Daily tasks include negotiating contracts, tracking performance metrics, and collaborating with internal teams for campaign execution. The role also requires regular communication with partners to ensure alignment and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.

Qualifications

• Experience in Publisher Partnerships, Affiliate Marketing, and Media Buying & Planning
• Strong Negotiation, Contract Management, and Relationship Management skills
• Proficiency in Performance Metrics Tracking, Analytics, and Campaign Optimization
• Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently with a focus on achieving set KPIs and targets
• Familiarity with Digital Advertising platforms like Google, Meta, Programmatic, and Native Ads
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Experience in the media industry is a plus
