Growth & Sales Manager

As an Ad Sales & Brand Partnerships Manager at Cruzon, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue through brand onboarding, forging collaborations, and nurturing long-term business relations. You will be responsible for identifying, pitching, and onboarding new brands across diverse industries. Your key responsibilities will include selling advertising and partnership solutions that align with client objectives, building win-win collaborations with agencies, affiliates, influencers, and media platforms, maintaining strong client relationships, and working closely with the marketing & media team to craft ROI-driven campaigns for partner brands. Additionally, you will be tasked with identifying new business opportunities, leading negotiations, and maximizing profitability through deal structuring and contract finalizations. Qualifications required for this role include proven experience (4-5 years) in ad sales, media sales, brand partnerships, or business development, strong networking skills, deep understanding of digital marketing, advertising, and partnership ecosystems, excellent presentation, pitching, and negotiation skills, target-driven mindset, and the ability to work independently and in teams.
