· Create visually engaging designs for digital and print: social media, blogs, landing pages, ads, infographics, and more.
· Work closely with content writers and marketing teams to transform complex ideas into easy-to-understand visuals.
· Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all creative outputs.
· Analyze design performance (e.g., CTRs, engagement) and iterate based on data and content goals.
· Contribute to brainstorming sessions and offer ideas that align with content and business strategy.
· Ability to think visually and analytically – understand what works, why, and how to improve
· Excellent sense of color, typography, and layout
· Strong attention to detail and time management skills
· Ability to receive and act on feedback quickly and constructively
· Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
· Familiarity with A/B testing, user engagement metrics, and iterative design
· Work on exciting campaigns with purpose-driven content
