As an Ad Sales & Brand Partnerships Manager at Cruzon, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue through brand onboarding, forging collaborations, and nurturing long-term business relations. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, pitch, and onboard new brands across diverse industries. - Sell advertising and partnership solutions that align with client objectives and drive business growth. - Build win-win collaborations with agencies, affiliates, influencers, and media platforms. - Maintain strong, long-term client relationships through regular engagement and performance reviews. - Work closely with the marketing & media team to craft ROI-driven campaigns for partner brands. - Identify new business opportunities, emerging categories, and potential high-value partners. - Lead pricing, deal structuring, and contract finalizations to maximize profitability.
