We work with global survey networks and deliver seamless rewarded experiences inside gaming apps.

We’re now expanding our publisher partnerships and looking for a driven Publisher Partnership Manager who has hands-on experience working with gaming studios, integrating ad monetization solutions (offerwalls, rewarded ads, SDK integrations), and driving revenue through strong industry relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, onboard, and manage partnerships with mobile game publishers globally.

Pitch and integrate our survey-based monetization SDK/API into gaming apps.

Educate partners on revenue potential, technical setup, best practices, and postback flows.

Work closely with internal product and tech teams to ensure smooth integrations.

Analyze publisher performance, optimize placements, and drive revenue growth.

Maintain long-term relationships with key publishers and decision-makers.

Attend industry events (PGC, IGDC, etc.) and represent the company professionally.

Requirements

2–5 years of experience in Publisher Partnerships / Business Development in the mobile gaming or ad-tech ecosystem.

Strong understanding of ad monetization:, rewarded ads, eCPM, SDK/API integrations.

Existing network with mobile game developers or publishers is a big plus.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical partners.

Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing campaign or monetization metrics
