Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues including basic network configuration and system settings. Ask targeted questions to quickly assess the root cause of problems and provide effective solutions. Track and document system issues from initial report through to resolution. Guide clients step-by-step through the troubleshooting process via phone, email, or chat. Follow up with users to ensure systems are fully operational after fixes are applied. Maintain user trust by communicating clearly, managing expectations, and reducing downtime wherever possible. Skills Required: Hands-on experience with Windows, Linux, and Android operating systems. Solid understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and common tech products. Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues independently. Strong verbal and written communication skills to understand user needs and explain solutions effectively. Customer-oriented with a problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.
