Job Title: User Acquisition Manager – Mobile Apps We’re looking for a User Acquisition Manager with hands-on experience in scaling mobile apps to join our team. You will own our paid user growth across channels, run experiments, and turn our app into a growth engine with high-quality users who stick and spend. 🔧 What you’ll do Plan, launch, and optimize user acquisition campaigns for our mobile app across channels (Meta, Google UAC, Apple Search Ads, TikTok, programmatic, etc.). Manage end-to-end campaigns: budgeting, targeting, creatives, bidding, and optimisation. Work towards CPI, CPA, ROAS, LTV, and retention targets – not just installs. Run A/B tests on audiences, creatives, bids, and landing pages to improve performance. Monitor and analyse performance using MMPs (e.g., AppsFlyer / Adjust), Firebase / GA4 , and in-app analytics. Collaborate with product & design to build better funnels, app store presence, and creatives. Report key metrics, insights, and growth opportunities to the founding/team. ✅ Must-have skills & experience 4+ years of experience in mobile app user acquisition / performance marketing . Proven track record of scaling mobile apps (Android / iOS) with measurable results. Strong hands-on experience with Google UAC, Meta Ads , and at least one more mobile channel. Solid understanding of attribution, tracking, cohorts, and events (MMPs, Firebase, GA4, etc.). Comfortable working with numbers, analysing campaigns, and making data-driven decisions . Excellent communication skills and ability to work directly with founders / product teams. Non-negotiable: Must be proficient in user acquisition specifically for mobile apps (not just web).
