• Work closely with content, product, and engineering teams
• Drive sustainable, long-term organic growth across global markets
• Track, analyze, and optimize SEO performance using data

• 8+ years of deep SEO experience
• Strong background in

  technical SEO

  , large-scale content, and authority building
• Experience with competitive, high-volume niches
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
• Leadership experience — can build and manage SEO teams
• Comfortable with fast-growth, startup-style environments

• Experience with marketplaces, SaaS, fintech, gaming, or rewarded platforms
• International SEO experience (US, EU, Tier-1 markets)
• Strong understanding of CRO and monetization alongside SEO
