We’re looking for a Publisher Manager who has strong experience recruiting and onboarding mobile app publishers and supporting ad network / monetization integrations.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, recruit, and onboard mobile app publishers (Android/iOS)
Pitch partnerships and negotiate commercial terms
Coordinate ad network/SDK integrations with publisher dev teams
Track performance (fills, eCPM, revenue) and optimize publisher growth
Maintain publisher relationships and drive long-term retention
Requirements
2–5+ years experience in publisher development / partnerships (mobile)
Hands-on knowledge of ad networks, SDK integrations, attribution basics
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Comfortable working with targets, pipelines, and reporting
